These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at solvvai.com and any services provided by Solvv AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Solvv AI provides web design, web development, brand identity, AI integration, e-commerce, and related digital services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon separately via a project proposal or service agreement before work commences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By engaging with us, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Project Engagements

All project engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal that outlines deliverables, timelines, revisions, and payment terms. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms apply in full.

  • Timelines — We commit to the 7-day delivery window for eligible packages, subject to timely receipt of all required materials and approvals from the client.
  • Revisions — The number of revision rounds included is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Client responsibilities — You agree to provide accurate briefs, content, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays on your end may affect delivery dates.

4. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files or handover.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on any project where payment is overdue.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for you under a project engagement are assigned to you. This includes design files, code, and written content we produced on your behalf.

We retain the right to:

  • Display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you have explicitly requested confidentiality in writing.
  • Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, or processes we use to build your project.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials you provide to us do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvv AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific project.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, conversions, or revenue as a result of our work.

The website and any content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

  • You are liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
  • Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless we are in material breach of our obligations.
  • We will deliver all completed work to you upon receipt of any outstanding payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or a project engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
